From March 2014 through January 2017, Sarah Bloom Raskin was the Deputy Secretary of the U.S. Department of the Treasury. In addition to the broad range of substantive and organizational issues she oversaw and directed at the Treasury Department, Ms. Raskin focused on the macroeconomic impact of student loan borrowing, and cybersecurity, as well as drivers that bolster and sustain U.S. and global economic growth and recovery.
